Expect to have the boat all to yourself/your group. If you don't fancy kena pressure to buy overpriced items for 'donation', get your tuk tuk driver or tour guide to come along. Locals get to ride for free anyway.
If a local you don't know join in your boat, you know that they'll stop in the middle of the lake for a 'sales pitch'. Pandai-pandailah korang.
