The flight from Kuala Lumpur arrived in Krabi Airport at 7.30 a.m. local time. It took less than an hour from airport to Ao Nang. Which means, it was too early for check-in. However, I've notified the hotel in advance and so we went straight there anyway.
Unfortunately the room wasn't available yet but we were able to leave the luggage. So to kill time, we went for Thai massage at Dear Massage. After about an hour, true to their words, the staff phoned me to let me know when the room was ready.
I already filled up some forms upon arrival so all I had to do was collect the room key and breakfast coupons before heading to the room. No cash deposit required.

Booking - Easy via online site
Rate - Fair. Deluxe Pool Access room at RM726.90 for 3 nights including breakfast
Location - Good. Easy to find. Plenty of restaurants, shops and spas nearby. Halal street food within walking distance
Dining - Breakfast included. Basic buffet. Pork-free
Service - Good. Especially the room service team. Love how the fold the towels every day
