Food Foundry is known for their mille crepes. So when a girlfriend suggested we get our lunch there, I agreed.
A few years back, they had a reputation for serving mediocre food and poor service. I'm happy to report that my visit was a pleasant one. In fact, the place was packed with other customers so I guess they have improved a lot. No sign of bad temper waitress anywhere.
Their unique location has been mentioned by many others. You can find them on the ground floor of flat block, along with a couple other famous restaurants/cafes. Finding a parking spot can be a challenge.

Ambiance - Cute & cozy. I thought, white Christmas.

Note: I thought their serving dish was weird. It wasn't too pleasant eating chicken from a dish that resembles a bowl more than a plate.
