Ambiance - Spacious and breezy with nice view of Phnom Penh.
Nice and friendly lady owner. She told us that her children are running business in Malaysia while she takes care of the restaurant in Phnom Penh. Not sure why I mentioned that but yeah. Drop by if you're in town.
