Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup chocolate milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• chopped almonds
Steps
1) Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, salt & cocoa powder.
2) Make a well in the middle and pour the oil, chocolate milk, vanilla & vinegar. Mix well.
3) Spoon into cupcake liners, top with chopped almonds and bake at 180°C for 20 - 25 minutes.
I decorated them using leftover buttercream cheese from my bananananana cake project.
