Brinchang Night Market
4pm till late on weekends and Malaysian holiday
It is known as the cause of traffic congestion in Cameron Highland on weekends and school holidays. The night market is right by the roadside in Brinchang, there is no way you can miss it. On Sunday morning, I saw morning market opposite the road (in front of the apartments).
Is it worth braving the traffic?
1) There was crowd but none of the uncomfortable, sweaty walk in typical Malaysian night markets because it was colddddd *heart*
2) You can get almost anything here. From food and fresh flowers to all kind of Cameron Highland's souvenirs and clothes.
3) At quite good price.

And here's what I got~
sweet corn RM4 x 2 - kinda expensive but it was warm and yummy
nasi campur & 5 mini apam RM14
5 keropok lekor RM5
Nugget, udang goreng, sotong goreng, sayur air goreng RM23
Yes I overspent. Prawn and sotong were meh. You'd do better getting one of the burger or pizza I believe. Basically anything they gotta prepare for you there and then.
They also sells fresh veggie, fruits, plant in pots and lots of other stuff you don't think belong in a night market. Go crazy! After all, you just braved hours of traffic ;)
