Artisans d'Angkor
Operation hour: Daily 7.30 am to 6.30 pm
We went in the evening and although there were not many visitors in the workshops, they didn't have English-speaking guide available and so our tour guide had to show us around.
It is an art centre with workshops and galleries. Not sure if tourists can join a workshop though. They're involved with the restoration of the Angkor sites and if you're interested to see how they work, don't miss this centre. They also make silk, wooden carvings, paintings and several other handicrafts for you to buy :)

I'm not sure if they actually work or just pose :) |

Photography isn't allowed in the shopping gallery but you might want to check it out for a special souvenir for that special someone ;)
Make time to visit if handcraft is your thing. If you just want souvenirs but hard-pressed for time, the old market is a better bet.
