Cantonese Yee Mee

Cantonese Yee Mee


No veggie!
Hehe. Those 'daun' I added later for AD- he eats veggie.


Ingredients (for 2)

• 2 yee mee
• 3-4 cups water
• 2-3 tbsp cooking oil
• 3 cloves garlic 
• 2 inches ginger
• 3 tbsp corn flour
• 1 tsp chicken seasoning
• 2 eggs
• Salt
• Diced chicken

Options - prawn, meat, squid, crabmeat


Steps

1) Heat oil, stir-fry garlic & ginger. Add water & chicken seasoning, let boil.

2) Add in the diced chicken until cooked. Scoop out some soup and mix well with corn flour. Return to pot & add eggs.

3) Stir the soup until it thickens & add salt to taste. Pour on yee mee while hot.
