Location - Good. Easy to walk and get cab. Plenty of shops and spa nearby.
Dining - No restaurant in the building.
Service - Day time staff are friendly, helpful and courteous.

The apartment is about half an hour drive from Don Mueang airport. It was well past 4 pm when we arrived. Note: Thailand is one hour later than Malaysia.
Check-in was a bit confusing as we couldn't find the check-in counter. It is actually located in another building. If your transport dropped you at the main lobby, get in and then get out of a door on the left after a glass room. Walk to the building across the lane and the reception is there.
There's no extra bed for the 4th guest - only have one king-size bed and a single bed but actually muat je. FREE WiFi provided for 2 devices but you can purchase extra access for 100 Baht per device. I'm not sure if there is maximum days but we paid only that amount for our length of stay.
A lady ushered us to the room. You better ask for escort as the room number doesn't reflect the unit's floor and you'll need access card to get to the lift. The card we got only worked for the elevator but not the door to the elevator.
The apartment itself is quite spacious. Comfortable sofa and clean in general. Except for the balcony. That looked a bit icky! Oh and there's only one bathroom so if you have a hogger in your party, plan your turn well.
Don't worry about dirty bathroom, unmade beds and messy kitchen. The staff come in daily to clean up the units. That also means, don't leave your valuable stuff lying around.
Aside from the location and ability to fit all 4 of us in one room, I chose this place because of the gorgeous swimming pool. In reality, it is a bit smaller than my expectation but still nice. Unfortunately, I didn't get to wet my swimming suit as it was our time of the month. You know that saying about how girls who hangout together will get their menses at the same time?
If you're visiting Bangkok and not quite fussy about room service and all the extras provided by a hotel, do consider this place.
