This dish is super basic and great for those days when you feel like having something simple. What's better is that you can also make this as fancy as you want it to be. Simply add meat, sea creatures or lots and lots of veggie if you're inclined.
But let's start with the basic!
• 2 tbsp cooking oil
• 3 cloves garlic
• 2 inches ginger
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp chicken seasoning
• 2 cups water
1) Heat oil. Saute garlic & ginger for 1 min. Add water & chicken seasoning. Let boil.
2) Pour in egg, let for about 10 seconds before stirring. If you want to add cleaned & cut veggie, add now.
3) Add salt & pepper to taste.
