A delicious Malaysian food which always cause confusion on the correct way to spell it. Kuey teow? Koew teow? Koteow? Koteaw?

Well, according to Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka (DBP) it's kuetiau.

Other debates concerning this dish also included where is the BEST kuetiau in the country? Generally, people agreed that it is somewhere on the pearl island of Penang and there's rumour that Bob Char Koew Teow is a good candidate for the race.
