Cheesy baked potato first try |
So good, I made it again for my lunch the next day!

Ingredients for 2-3 servings
2 potatoes or 1 russet potato
Olive oil
Butter
Parmesan cheese
Heavy cream
Mozzarella cheese
Sour cream
Chopped/dried parsley
Chopped/dried parsley
Steps
1) Make slits on washed potato (keep the skin) and insert sliced butter & Parmesan cheese alternately.
2) Pour some olive oil on baking sheet, place the potato(es) and bake at 180° Celsius for 30 mins.
3) Then spoon some heavy cream onto the baked potato(es), add mozzarella cheese on top and bake for another 15 mins.
4) Top with sour cream and sprinkle parsley while it's hot ;)
